Are you a CMT looking to expand your skill set? Learning Ashiatsu can be a great way to diversify your practice, learn new skills, and offer deep pressure to clients with greater ease. In this introductory 24 hour continuing education (C.E.) unit course you will learn about the traditional art of Ashiatsu, including its history, and you gain the skills to offer full 60 and 90 minute routines. We will also cover a review of important anatomy, emphasize proper techniques, and instructors will offer counseling on how to move forward in your career. Additional internship opportunities available upon completing the course.

For massage therapists, hours of hands-on work each day can take a toll. But if you’re a massage therapist that is worth their salt, then you love what you do and you want to keep doing it. If this sounds like you, then I’m sure you’re trying to find ways to maintain the quality of the massage that you’re offering to your clients without wearing down your hands. Ashiatsu can be a valuable asset. The pressure can be modified to suit clients who like medium, deep, to very deep pressure. It’s perfect for those clients that you can never seem to work deep enough on! (And these clients exist for every therapist no matter how strong he or she is!!) Level 1 Ashiatsu group classes are $650 in tuition.
Private Instruction is available for $750+ depending on the number of hours.

We support you in mastering Ashiatsu! Level 2 Workshops are periodically offered to help you advance your skills. Hourly tutoring is available at $65 an hour with discounts if you purchase a package. You can also book practice time in one of our offices for $25 for 60 minutes or $35 for 90 minutes until you feel ready to set up your own bars. (Often students have clients pay the room rental fee.)

All instruction hours are NCBTMB accredited through the Barefoot Masters® program. All instructors are fully licensed and ready to help you expand your skill set and enhance your career!
