The team at Prana Endura is excited to introduce our new yoga instructor, Val! She is an undergraduate student and certified 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher specializing in Yin Yoga and Slow flow classes. She has completed over 500 hours of teacher trainings and sequenced classes for studios, gyms, fitness programs, friends, and family.
Regarding her philosophy of healing, Val says, “Whether we know it or not,
the body holds onto every experience and every emotion. It is, therefore, our responsibility
to be able to find where we need release and have the self-discipline to allow
ourselves to heal.”
