What is Swedish massage?
A Swedish massage targets the entire body by working the soft tissues and muscles, providing a number of health benefits while relaxing the body. Techniques used by massage therapists during Swedish massage therapy include stroking and gliding, kneading, vibration, tapping, and rubbing.
With Swedish massage, therapists alternate between light and firm pressure dependent upon the preference of the client.
